I love this smoothie because I feel like I’m cheating, but everything in it is extremely healthy. When I’m craving a chocolate shake, I make this instead. This smoothie has become one of my go to breakfasts since it’s quick, filling, and I can get it ready the night before.
As I’m typing this, I’m having trouble focusing on this and instead thinking of making it again. Avocados…check, bananas…check, ice cubes…double check! This will keep in the refrigerator for a couple of days. I like to make it on Sunday nights as it’ll be breakfast for both Monday and Tuesday.
Everything you could possibly want is in this smoothie. Lots of vitamins and minerals from the banana, healthy fats from the avocados, calcium from the milk, and of course your daily dose of chocolate with the cocoa powder. Not to mention that cocoa powder itself is full of awesome antioxidants. Yeah…I think I have just convinced myself to make this again and you should too!
